Graffiti in Fernwood - Parking garage on Grant St. near Vic High
A few weeks ago I came across this awesome street-level parking garage that's been bombed to smithereens. Beautiful spot. Couldn't sleep last night, so went to snap some shots at 2am. The orange lights add a cool effect.

Politics: Student Protest, March 16th @ B.C. Legislature
On Wednesday, March 16 almost 700 post-secondary students rallied at the B.C. Legislature in downtown Victoria to protest B.C.'s student debt crisis and demand more education funding. The average B.C. post-secondary graduate has roughly $27,000 of student debt.
The protesters called for student grants, lower tuition fees, more funding for post-secondary education and the elimination of interest on student debt. Of all Canadian provinces, British Columbia charges the highest interest rate on student loans.

Public Art: Crows eating garbage outside the Fresh 'N Tasty Café - Fort St. near Blanshard St.
The irony was inescapable. Fresh 'N Tasty, indeed. Oh... And how 'bout we stop producing so much garbage?!? P.S. I love crows.
